Staybridge Suites Minneapolis-maple Grove

I’ve never ever been threatened upon arrival at a hotel. Today, when we checked in, the opening statement was, “if you’re loud after 10pm, we will ask you to leave”. We are here for a hockey tournament and forced to stay here with the tournament, that the hotel is making money off of. If they don’t want kids, they shouldn’t participate in stay to play tournaments. We would have never picked this terrible hotel by choice. We don’t want to be here as much as you don’t want us to be here. Note to the manager- don’t shame your guest upon arrival, especially before doing anything wrong.

Hotel staff was so professional, friendly and accommodating. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. I loved the warm pool, hot tub and pool area. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I would recommend this property because the stay was great . The staff was pleasant and the over property was remodeled and clean. There area had great dining and shopping. Very easy to get to . The highway was closed by for getting around. AAA
