Dark, damp, and bad WiFi. Great customer service though.

Save your money and just stay at a La Quinta. This place is dingy and old and you can hear everything from the other rooms. The entry way is nice and new, the rest of the place is grungy and outdated. I’ve noticed this place attracts a lot of drunk patrons so if you’re here for treatment at Mayo, consider someplace else if you want a good rest. I stayed at a few places in Rochester through my cancer treatment and this one is the worst by far. The only reason we chose it this time was because it’s closer to the clinic and we’re expecting a blizzard. Never again. I’ll be asking for a full refund. They’ve done nothing to get the loud rooms to quiet them and it’s 1am as I write this.

Large rooms. Connected to Twigs restaurant. Shuttle to mayo. Great staff and very clean rooms. Lots of parking. We will be back
