Hampton Inn Minneapolis-St. Paul North

A disappointing experience, especially after reading the previous positive reviews. Pro: It's clean with a lot of parking; it's an older property. Con: No hot water in sink, even after running tap for 5+ minutes; shaving was an adventure. No hot water in shower, either although shower would get lukewarm; the sink water never warmed up. Breakfast was sparse. And while the room was a good size, the arrangement putting the bed right next to AC-was poor, as fan just blew air on the bed all night.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Super clean, lovely courtyard, exceptionally friendly staff. Good breakfast. Will stay here every time I come to town.

This is a very good property for Travelers. The room and common areas were clean. The complementary hot breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. We felt safe at this location.
