Grand Biloxi Casino Resort & Spa

We needed a handicap room and got it .We needed the two queen beds and got those. We needed a refrigerator and a microwave and both were in the room. The staff was wonderful and most helpful the pool was absolutely incredible. Gambling is always a negotiable thing but did quite well. We should have asked for a room closer to the elevator. That is the only downfall with my husband being on a walker. Other than that I have nothing bad to say. We continuously come back and love it

This was without a doubt the worst trip ever. The rooms were dirty. Our ice bucket was so sticky on the sides from what looked like a mixed drink maybe, The carpet was disgusting(I made the mistake of walking on it barefoot and stepped in what I’m hoping was peanut butter). There was a half inch was dust on the trim and hinges of the bathroom door. Then we were looking forward to a nice meal at the Chophouse steakhouse. First no Prime Rib. So I ordered a steak, medium well. First they brought me the wrong steak so I sent it back. When my new steak came it was raw in the middle, so I sent it back, when it came again it was still under cooked, so I sent it back, when it came back the outside was so charred, but the middle still was under cooked. My potatoes grew cold in the mean time and everyone else had already finished eating. They comped my meal, which was good because it wasn’t fit to eat. And I didn’t eat much of it. Then to top it all off, I spent thousands of dollars in there casino and casino and won nothing. On a $4 bet we hit a bonus round and won 80 cents. This place was a joke and we are not likely to return here ever. If you want a good experience stay somewhere else. And if you go here wear a jacket, the place is freezing.
