Comfort Inn & Suites

I would like to say that the manager Sandi was amazing very very nice and professional. She helped me she made my stay very pleasant. It was very informative of the area for me. I will be stopping by againvisiting. I highly recommend this place especially if you travel a lot over the road. The restaurant next-door is this Mexican restaurant Coworker that night was very nice helpful the facilities the place is very clean

This is a very nice hotel for the price. They sent me a text after first night asking how they could of improved my stay. I responded with they could repair the elevator, the clerk at the desk was able to operate it for you because they said it was stuck on manual operations. Also the pool wasn't heated or broke. Also I told them that the lights in staircase was out. They repaired one out of two lights so it wasn't completely dark which was nice. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. Last is their hospitality staff (House Keeper) told me they don't speak American English which happens quite a bit in motels. Not sure if staff lies for their convenience to tell you they don't speak English. I do know everyone needs to work but there is no law that prevents the hotel management to require American English as part of job qualifications.

The hotel manager Sandy will not open the room so that I can get my belongings. We have been residing in this hotel since 4/2/26 we are to check out 5/18/26. I got locked out of one of my rooms and the manager has advised the person at the front desk to not let me in.
