Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Forest

Called ahead to reserve a room and the girl at the front desk told me to come on in and she would upgrade me to a 2 queen room. Drove an hour and got there just for her to tell me someone else got the room. What kind of terrible service is this? I just got off work and all I wanted was to lay my head down somewhere and even called ahead to be sure, I’m a diamond elite member and I expected much better from IHG do better ! I’ll also be reviewing other websites and filing a corporate complaint. Thanks

My check-in experience was wonderful. I was informed of everything and was greeted with a smile. My time at the hotel was great! The entire staff was nice. I walked through and everyone spoke. The breakfast had more variety than most places I've stayed. Of course, I will be returning.

This will be my third time returning to the hotel, and I have had a wonderful time each and every time that I have been to that location. I am very excited that they have started their renovation. I cannot wait to see how wonderful everything will turn out. All of the employees are very nice and very attentive. When I have needed anything, they have made sure to make it happen. I enjoy staying at this location. I plan to return in a few months.
