HAMPTON INN GREENVILLE

We had such a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn from July 9th through 12th, thanks entirely to the incredible team here. A couple of small things came up along the way, but every single staff member we encountered went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Zayla and Tarneshia were a pleasure at the front desk and got us settled in quickly. When a minor room issue popped up one night, the overnight team responded right away with genuine care, even though we had a funeral to attend the next morning. Jakayla followed up with us the next day with such warmth and made sure we were doing okay after everything. General Manager Barbara Walker followed up to make sure everything was resolved, and that kind of warmth and attentiveness really says something about how this property is run. You can tell the whole team takes pride in taking care of their guests. We left feeling genuinely grateful for the hospitality, and we will absolutely be staying here again.

My room was canceled 20 mins before I walked in the door. I'm a diamond member, that booked this hotel 3 weeks ago, and checked into my room the night before, and after traveling and working for over 14 hours, I was emailed that my room was canceled, and all of the hotels in the area were sold out. The front desk clerk and the hotel manager were extreemly rude as well. I'm taking my company's business away from here after this, I don't want this happening to any of our staff the rest of this year.

My husband and son left Baymont Hotel for this one. They were very happy with Hampton. I wish I would have booked this one first. They loved everything especially being able to get a last minute room. They loved the breakfast and pool!!!
