HAMPTON INN AND SUITES HOLLY SPRINGS

We generally stay at Marriott properties, but there was none in this area, so we chose this hotel. We requested a room on a higher floor since I have severe animal allergies. Usually hotels keep some rooms for non-pets…not this place. The smells in our room was “wet dog” and poo!! Absolutely disgusting. We went had to buy essential oils and a diffuser to help with the smell. If there were other hotel choices in the area, we would have checked out.

This is the nicest of all Hampton Inns. It is immaculate, efficient, and professionally run. We have been staying here regularly for years and the quality of the hotel and the breakfast never diminishes. In particular, Cheyenne, the manager, and Alesia at the front desk are always cordial, welcoming, and efficient. Highly recommend.

Our family was displaced from our home, due to a fire. Hampton Inn has been great to us. I want to give a special thank you to Alessa, Leonor and Cheyenne at the front desk. These ladies have gone above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable. The service is outstanding, great location and very clean. Thanks Hampton Inn.
