Comfort Inn Southwest

I have stayed in multiple Motel 6 properties as I travel delivering fleet vehicles and I am aware not to expect perfection. However, I do not like to find ANY business that does not provide what they advertise. The listing on line listed coffee in the lobby but when I walked thru the cold morning to get some I was told, "Oh, we don't have that." The desk chair in my room was so badly broken I could not sit in it. I know I shouldn't expect a 4 star facility but I do expect to get what I pay for and I DO NOT believe I did here. It would not bother me so much but it is on my dime, not an expense allowance!

From the moment we walked into the lobby we could smell the clean. Check in was fast and friendly. The room was honestly one of the cleanest we have stayed in,even compared to the higher end hotels. The mattress on the bed was very comfortable, it was over all a very good experience. fyi they are also pet friendly. two thumbs up.

The person at the hotel was extremely rude and we were trying to be as nice as possible. I made a mistake when booking the room and the person was very rude acting about it. Also when you book the hotel you expect it to be what it says it is. We were under the impression that it was a quality inn and it turned out to be a motel 6. The two things we especially wanted in the hotel was a pool and a breakfast and I don’t think you have either one which is very disappointing. I was really looking forward to going seimming. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. 😢🥹😢🥹😢🥹😢
