FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES JACKSON

Manager admits to me she is a heroin addict. Stay away from this place. It’ll soon be Jax-inn. This has got to be one of the worst ran hotels I have ever been to. It’s dirty and full of roaches. I get to know them a little and really find out where all the money is going. It’s going up the managers nose so she won’t be dope sick.

We arrived at the hotel to observe 2 people having sex in broad daylight in a car in the carpark of this hotel! We checked into the room that had no main lighting but the filthy bathroom and bedroom was clear to see, even in the dark room. The smell was enough to put us off. The bed looked like someone had already slept in it. The air con was broken, looked like someone had smashed it up, the carpet had holes in it big enough to be dangerous!! We left but not before we complained to reception who did not seem surprised that there were people having sex in their car park! I did not expect to be arriving at a brothel type hotel, needless to say we did not stay!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! used rags were still hanging in bathroom, mold all in the tub. Ac had no filters, had only local channels (about 10) available. Pool was closed (and not advertised on site) laundry was down, breakfast had toast and juice. Workers did not speak clear English and could not understand some English to even answer my questions. No plugs on and lamp worked. If you frequent hotels you know immediately that this was a Fairfield Inn & Suites at one point that has been run down and deflagged. Can't imagine quality inn will be able to keep the name much longer. Location was not bad, and felt safe overall so that was a plus. Unless it's an emergency stay situation you should look elsewhere to rest for the night
