Quality Inn

The comforter was stained badly, dead cockroach in the sconce near the door when I remove this sconce to get rid of the dead bug there was a hole in the wall that was 2 in x 3. Person at the front desk offered a refund so I went to another hotel. I never got my refund because they said I went through booking.com. And are ignoring my emails.

This Hotel really does not go by the Choice Hotels standards. Upon, Check-in Room 113 floors looked so dirty and haven't been vacuumed in quite some time. Also, the comforter hand slashes in them HUGE holes. Coffee pot was so nasty I couldn't make coffee for myself. So, we asked desk agent if there was another room we could move to. The desk agent took us to another room it was worse Dirty sheets on bed, carpet dirty. We decided to keep the 113 and we asked for clean sheets changed them ourselves. The 2nd floor from outside had windows opened curtains flying in the wind made it look very sketchy. The desk agent was great. She can only work with what she is given by her GM/Owner. With the issues we had the desk agent offered a refund of one night back.

The receptionist wasn’t friendly. The room smelled heavily of paint or chemicals- that in of itself made it hard to tolerate the stay. The shower door wouldn’t shut. I wouldn’t return. Free Breakfast was appreciated , and the waffles were ok- but not a lot of protein offered.
