Comfort Inn Natchez

THIS HOTEL IS NOT EVEN A ONE STAR! THIS IS THE WORST ROOM IVE EVER WALKED IN. ITS A REDLIGHT/GREENLIGHT HOTEL. I WALKED IN AND SAID OH! FUCCCC NO! TOOK KEY BACK UP FRONT SAID KEEP 60.00

We had an outstanding experience at this hotel, and much of that is thanks to the exceptional manager, Ms. Gelleca. She was truly the best…professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs, ensuring that every detail was taken care of with care and efficiency. Our room was clean, fresh, and very pleasant, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and well-maintained, and the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here, and Ms. Gelleca’s leadership really shines through in the quality of service provided. We felt valued as guests and truly appreciated the effort put into making our stay memorable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future. Not to mention, the value for our room at this establishment in Natchez, MS was tremendously reasonable!!!

0/10 wouldn’t recommend! very uncomfortable. roaches everywhere. Didn’t like the stay, bed bad, shower coming on and off by itself, tv small, air don’t work right, nob on the air conditioner is broke off.
