HAMPTON INN BILOXI-OCEAN SPRIN

I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn in Ocean Springs. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out—but what truly made the stay exceptional was Astrid at the front desk. She represents the highest standard of hospitality. Astrid was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. She took the time to answer every question, made sure all my needs were met, and handled everything with professionalism and grace. It’s rare to come across someone so understanding and attentive, and she made a lasting impression. Because of her outstanding service, I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

From reservation, being able to check in way before 3, to upgraded to a bigger room to accommodate me and while we were preparing for a hard road ahead. MS PRICISILLA ( front desk agent ) Am shift, has honestly got to be one of if not the best guest service agents I’ve had the pleasure to manage, train, or was in contact with on one of my many stays through the years at Hilton. I'd stayed in this area before and it is conveniently close to several fast food options and easy access to I-10 or on into downtown Ocean Springs. A Neighborhood Walmart is close. Rooms aren't anything elaborate, but have the essential minifridge, microwave, coffee, and are kept reasonably clean. I did note that every other day cleaning was missed a couple days over my 8 day stay, but I was fine. . I had to be up and out by about 5:50 AM each morning and, with breakfast advertised as beginning at 6 AM, I thought I'd have to grab some fruit and go. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Joy had everything out and set for guest by that time. The biscuits and gravy are excellent. Everything is freshly made and in a nice clean serving and dining area. Joy was very helpful and eager to make sure I had anything I needed before I left. Cat at reception was also very helpful and offered me some bottled water when I was going out in the heat.
