StudioPlus Jackson-Ridgeland

If I could give a minus 10, I would. I stayed there for a few weeks. It"s run down, dirty, and the furniture is beat up. Because its inexpensive I went back for another week, booking and paying online weeks ahead of time.. I get there and was told its first come first serve and they're sold out. I reserved a room, and paid!!! I wound up paying three times more last minute somewhere else. How does a business work like this. Just because they're inexpensive and sell out frequently, who cares about living conditions and customer satisfaction? Never ever again!! Do not patranize this establishment!!

We couldn't stay in the room roch in the floor ,we left for another hotel we were so excited for the service and the cleanliness at staybridge suites I highly appreciate the service and I recommend staybridg suites in Jackson MS,anone including families, you will love all the Amenities and values is a great place 👍

Excellent nice staff friendly spacious helpful would stay again when visiting. I enjoy my coffee in the morning while talking with management. She is the nicest and most helpful. The staff goes out their way go make sure my room is clean and I have everything I need
