I am very happy with my stay at the location. The Cleanliness was a typical Garden Inn. Rooms were very spacious - no complaints. Breakfast was perfect for the price. The location is near lots of shopping centers. Definately worth the location. One plus is their was Hotel Shuttle- Which is rarity at staying at hotels in the Memphis Area. I would stay at this location again.

I’m picky — like Goldilocks with a hotel key — and this Hilton Garden Inn was just right. I only stayed one night, but everything impressed me. The room was spotless, quiet, and the bed was super comfortable (not too firm, not too soft — you know the drill). Water pressure? Awesome. Shower head? Legit. One gripe - the bathroom lighting was a little “interrogation chic” for my taste, but nothing a quick squint couldn’t fix. Staff were friendly, check-in was smooth, and the whole place felt thoughtfully run. For a quick stay, it checked every box — I’d absolutely come back!

We had originally looked at staying at a hotel in Memphis, but after reading reviews saying they had tires slashed in the parking lot, we opted to stay in nearby Southaven. We made the right choice. Our room was pretty large and comfortable. Went to the bar and enjoyed some drinks from our friendly bartender. Their TVs were on DirectTV, so expect some disconnection when it rains. That was our only complaint. It is conveniently located to several restaurants and a shorter than expected drive to Graceland and downtown Memphis.
