America's Best Inn Vicksburg Hotel

I stopped on my way to Dallas. I was disgusted. The pillow cases were filthy. The fitted sheet inside out and stains all over. I left after an hour. Couldn’t stand it. Then after arriving in Dallas my entire body is breaking out in bed bug bites. Do. Not. Stay. Here.

Booked this hotel through Hotels.com. First they canceled the booking because they did not like the price I paid. When I tied to rebook they wanted to charge a hire price than I was quoted on Hotels.com. My girlfriend then booked through expeadia and when we arrived at the hotel was told we were scammers and were told to leave with the threat of the police being called. We will never book them again.

This hotel is located near the Vicksburg National Military Park. It was a good family getaway for us. The hotel is now a new brand and has been recently renovated. There are several eating places nearby. The hotel has free parking and internet. But the swimming pool does not exist any more. I would recommend this hotel for its cheap rates and decent rooms.
