We were very pleased with our visit. Beautiful view from the balcony. Easy check in/out. You do need to bring your own toiletries to include sheets n pillows. One suggestion would be to update all appliances (noisy) and furniture. I couldn’t sit on that couch!

The room was clean but dated. The biggest complaint was their beds. The mattresses were broken down and very uncomfortable. For what they charge you should have better quality control on the rentals they offer. I tried to share my concern at the front desk where you check in but they said it was not their problem. Stayed in unit 1069 on Gulf Dr.

The worst place i have ever stayed. Staff rude and acted bothered that I didn't receive my information to check in after hours. Who closes at 5 pm for checking guest in when your not supposed to check in until 4 pm. Safety is definitely not there priority when you go to office after hours to pick up your stuff and there's very little light. Then I walked into condo and I was greeted the worst shaped couch and loveseat looked like it was picked up off the side of road and I was not going to sit on either one. The big kicker was I could watch TV in bedroom it was so small couldn't see well but you have this huge TV in living room that was no help to me. Went to shower this morning put towel down to stand on when I got out of shower and it got caught under door. And when I stepped out it slipper than snot.
