Branson Vacation Inn & Suites

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Floors are dirty. Bathroom vent reeks of cigarettes. I’m beyond livid. We got here around 10. No one checks you in. There’s no where to go to get this rectified. Beds have one set of sheets and a small mattress pad. There’s still things in a drawer from the previous occupant.

Not a BNB. No front desk person to even check you in. They sent me an email with the room code. Never saw anyone. They didn't clean, replace towels, etc. It was kind of a scary place. I could go on and on. Just take my advice and dont stay at this place.

The carpet was filthy, the jacuzzi had out of order sign, the sink was full of dark cracks, the shower curtain had mold on the bottom, had to put dorm size refrigerator in front of the door since the dead bolt was broken, pillows horrible but luckily brought our own from home, out of order sign on OJ machine, and it was dark & dirty walking to stairs to get up to the level of our room. Fell over the large step sticking out from jacuzzi during the night. Would never stay here again.
