Our accommodations worked well for our group. The washer & dryer were essential with young adults. We were a group of 5 to start & 7 at the end. We could've used more dishes, but we made due.
The younger ones made good use of the pool. Not a 5 star hotel, but worked well for our group.

The place itself is fine. Front desk was nice, no issues there. It’s listed as a resort in the website we rented with but it’s a motel. One pool two buildings, had the basics in the kitchen the fridge was finicky on temp, pillows nonexistent,(definitely bring your own) no extra blankets. They only give you exact towels, and you have to trade for clean or wash yourself. We had a stackable washer and dryer. My issue was the neighbors! I think they lived there not staying on a vacation. Their kids were at the pool alone, they were banging on the front door at all hours of the night, their kids were nosy as hell looking in our windows so we couldn’t even keep them open bc the lights were so dim. The mom was screaming at her kids everyday. It was ridiculous. I normally stay in airbnbs to avoid this but we got a great deal so we took it. The property is comparable to a motel six with a kitchen. Nothing special and nothing bad. Oh and the shower is skinnier than a normal one just fyi.

Honest review of the good and the bad
The Good:
Location is pretty good. We were only a couple of miles from the Ballparks of America and about the same distance for the main strip.
Weight room had much more equipment than most hotels. However, it is 18 and up only so my son could not work out with me.
The Bad:
You are charged a nearly $100 cleaning fee at check-in. However, THERE IS NO ROOM CLEANING SERVICE OF ANY KIND! No one takes your trash, no one brings you towels, you have to do everything yourself. The worst part is, at check out you have to do the dishes, take out your trash, etc or you are charged an ADDITIONAL fee. I have been to every
US state and 47 countries and I have never seen anything like that. Kinda takes away from the vacation feel especially after PAYING $100 for a cleaning fee!
The irony is, the first thing we saw when we entered the room was a pair of panties from THE LAST PERSON WHO RENTED THE ROOM (see photo) so your $100 is not well spent.
Getting new towels involved walking to a building on a different parking lot which was fairly far and down 2 separate flights of stairs. If you are older or have trouble getting around, I would avoid this place for that reason alone.
We found ants on both me and my wife’s night stands. (Separate sides of the bed).
TVs are very small compared to most other hotel rooms.
