There was no way to relax or have any fun with my grandkids, because the lifeguard with the dark hair, & sunglasses (indoors) was blowing her whistle non stop at everyone!!!! Calling my biracial grandson "boy" she was chasing kids down into the pool to see if they had a bracelet on!! So rediculous!! She was a major bully! Its obvious she has no control elsewhere, but there with tiny whistle & sunglasses. My grandkids were begging to leave and I heard others asking their parents to leave as well. We will NEVER go back!!! I will encourage all my friends to not waste their money there. We will choose another place to stay and different attractions.

I will say, this is wonderful place for families with children of all ages. A little on the pricey side of things but has so much to offer. The only complaint I have are the floors in our room were absolutely filthy. My toddlers feet were so dirty within just 30 minutes of being there.

Great place to take your family! So many things to do! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff extremely kind and helpful! You can spend a whole weekend full of fun and never leave the property!
