Good location just off the strip. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and convenient. Everyone was friendly and helpful in the office and in the breakfast area. Good value.

This was a really nice and clean room not only did they have a refrigerator, but they did have a little microwave as well and coffee maker in the room. The beds were very comfortable and check-in was very quick and easy and the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant.

My husband and I had reservations for Thursday and Friday at another hotel and after checking out on Saturday, we decided to stay another night in Branson before returning home. After doing a quick online search, we found a King room here for $50! After arriving at the property (which is conveniently close to the strip but just far enough away to be peaceful), we discovered a clean, spacious room with a bed that is the most comfortable hotel bed we've slept on in quite some time. I can't speak on the breakfast, as we slept through it in the comfy bed! So pleased to have found this gem of a property. We will be returning!
