Indian Point Lodge & Condominiums

As an owner of one of the lake homes I want to say. It is a great place to go if you want to be close to Silver Dollar city, or to be on the lake boating. Other than those two things it is not a family friendly gathering place. The homes themselves are well taken care of but the property needs some better love. Be prepared to walk on rocks because there is no grass on the upper level Homes or near the Condo’s. There are two pools and a play ground.

We stayed at Table Rock Resorts (booked through Thousand Hills Vacation) in March 2026, and this was by far the worst place we’ve ever stayed. Before booking, I called and clearly stated that a hot tub and in-unit washer/dryer were non-negotiable. I was assured both were available. When we arrived, we were told the hot tub was “seasonal” and closed—completely misleading. The condo itself looked nothing like the photos. It felt like a total bait-and-switch. Instead of the updated, clean space shown online, we walked into a very outdated and filthy unit. Cleanliness was unacceptable. There were dried French fries on the carpet and stains all over the walls that looked like blood or other bodily fluids. The washer had used towels sitting in it and visible mold inside, so it was unusable. There were also multiple maintenance and safety issues: The master toilet seat was loose and nearly came off The bathroom fan didn’t work (or made a high-pitched noise when it did) Fire extinguishers appeared years past inspection No toilet paper holder in the bathroom To top it off, on our last day we found multiple bugs that looked like roaches in the kitchen and dining area. Overall, this place was dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was advertised. We couldn’t wait to leave.

Unit 1510. Terrible experience! The unit was dirty, old smoke smell, stained carpet, cupboards never washed, doors never wiped down, dust galore…look at furnace filter. We paid over $2,000 to stay here for this? I will the spacious layout a 3 because the extra rooms were of value, but this is terrible housekeeping.
