Suites At Fall Creek

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and the size was perfect for us. Our son had his own room, we had the master with an attached bathroom, and our daughter slept on the very nice sleeper sofa, which we left out as a bed during our 3-night stay. The room itself was nice, and the beds were comfy. Tons of space! The decor was fine, slightly dated even though I think this room has been updated recently. One small mishap: the towel bar fell off the wall many times, but whatever. I was really missing a patio or porch area with room, but otherwise it was great. The building itself and property were definitely dated, and our view was lacking. We have Hilton Grand Rewards and looked into this vacation too late to go to a nicer property, but that's okay. The location was nice, and we really enjoyed the outdoor pool! The grounds were quite lovely, and there were a lot of extras: two pools, hot tubs, mini golf, shuffleboard, ample outside seating and areas for groups to hang out, and an inside game room.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond Member, our stay at The Suites at Fall Creek has been a health and safety nightmare. Late last night, dirty water began actively pouring directly out of 3 live, lit electrical ceiling light fixtures in our bathroom. This created an immediate fire and electrocution hazard for my family. The structural failure completely drenched our vanity, destroying over $1300 worth of our personal belongings, oral hygiene items, and critical mail-order prescription medications with ceiling-cavity gray water. To make matters worse, the jetted tub in our unit was severely neglected, caked in black residue and a filthy biological film.When escalated to the front desk management the next morning, we were completely stonewalled. The staff claimed they "have no money on site" and refused any immediate service recovery or point refund, telling us we have to wait weeks on a liability insurance process to replace our daily health items. A formal corporate file has been opened, but travelers need to know that this resort is operating with dangerous structural issues and zero on-site accountability. Avoid this property.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Staying at The Suites at Fall Creek was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. My wife and I were celebrating our ninth wedding anniversary when we became trapped in one of the property's elevators. Being stuck in an elevator is not a minor inconvenience—it's a frightening situation that no guest should have to endure. What happened afterward was even more unacceptable. Not a single employee or manager came to apologize, check on our well-being, or acknowledge what we had just experienced. Nothing. The complete lack of concern and basic human decency was shocking. Equipment can fail. Elevators break. I understand that. What I cannot excuse is management's total failure to show empathy or take responsibility after the incident. A sincere apology takes less than a minute, yet apparently that was too much to ask. This experience completely changed my opinion of this resort. If this is how guests are treated after a serious incident, I have no confidence that customer service is a priority here. I cannot recommend staying at The Suites at Fall Creek. Management needs to do better—not only maintaining their property, but treating their guests with the respect and concern they deserve.
