Windmill Inn and Suites

Last month, I stayed at Best Western Plus Landing View Inn & Suites while my grandmother was on hospice and nearing the end of her life. During such a difficult time, Stephanie went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. The following week, my father and I returned to the property for my grandmother's funeral, and Stephanie was there again to greet us. She was able to find us a lower rate, and when we arrived at our room, Stephanie and the staff had left a sympathy card along with fresh chocolate chip cookies. That level of compassion and kindness meant more to us than words can express. Because of the exceptional care we received, this will be the only hotel I stay at when visiting Branson. The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from Downtown Branson and the Landing, the property is very clean, and the complimentary breakfast is the best hotel breakfast in town. Other reviews rave about the pancakes, and yes, they were absolutely out of this world! If you're looking for outstanding accommodations and genuinely caring staff, look no further than Best Western Plus Landing View Inn & Suites. In an industry where customer service can make all the difference, Stephanie and her team set the standard. This is NOT worthy of a Best Western PLUS! Older hotel, the toilet rocked as it wasn’t level to the floor. The hotel is actually 2 separate buildings. If you get stuck in the back building, good luck in finding your way back to the front you’ll need a map. I mean, it’s decent, but certainly not a BW Plus. Fix that toilet bowl!!!!

We love this Best Western! The BEST breakfast! Super clean rooms and friendly staff.
