HAMPTON INN CLINTON

This hotel is VERY CLEAN! The staff is great Janet (at the desk) was so wonderful. The new decor is light and pleasant. The breakfast was the typical hotel free breakfast. The coffee was actually good. Our bed was SO comfortable that we slept for 10 hours! Which we really needed! We would stay here again for sure!

Terrible customer service at the front desk. I requested this hotel through are CLC program. This particular hotel doesn’t participate in CLC but that’s usually not an issue any where else I’ve ever gone. They refused a Mastercard payment just because it said CLC on it. Unbelievable. I’d say there is a good reason there were only 8 cars in the parking lot.

Tylor at 2:30am came outside an help with the ice on the car window so we could make the airport service here was great I see why my family comes to this hotel every year to visit family and pam a big thank from the family for rushing renovations for a holiday party an Ron thank you so very much for everything.
