Extended Stay America St Louis - Airport

Do NOT stay here! I have honestly never experienced anything like this before. The room conditions were absolutely unacceptable. The toilet would not flush, there were bugs in the room, and the bedding had visible stains. It felt dirty and poorly maintained. What made the situation even worse was the lack of professionalism and customer service. Front Desk and lack of management played a big issue in this experience. We canceled shortly after booking because of the condition of the property and still had trouble getting our money refunded even after paying extra for cancellation coverage. This place seriously needs a complete deep cleaning, repairs made to the rooms, and staff retrained on basic customer service and professionalism. I truly hope someone who actually cares about this business sees these reviews and makes major changes because guests should not be treated this way. I rarely leave negative reviews, but people deserve to know before spending their money here. And Expedia and Tripadvisor needs to remove this hotel off of the referred list. It is bad business.

Was rude at front desk. Said we was banned from this hotel when we never even stayed here. The room looks nothing like the pictures. Bed is very uncomfortable. Stove top is old, fridge is old, light in bathroom is really touchy. No shower curtain.

Ms. Debra And everyone at the front desk are amazing. They truly make you feel welcomed. I definitely recommend this hotel.
