Comfort Suites

I stayed at this Comfort Suites Jefferson City Hotel from Tuesday12/9 through Friday 12/12/25. We had work 45 minutes away, on the East side of Jefferson City, and this is where the Company put us to stay. We had 3 rooms. It has a Steep driveway approach with a twist in it. There is no large truck parking or room for a trailer in the lot, you can see where others have scraped the drive entering and exiting. The Staff was friendly; the rooms and hallways were clean. The bed and pillows slept well. Breakfast starts at 6 am, and not a second before that. I would stay here again

Don't stay here if you are with a group traveling via motor coach. Driveway is so steep, motor coach could not navigate. Was told this when I reserved my group of 36 adults, but was told motor coach could park at next door Hampton (owned by same individual as Comfort Inn). However, my driver with over 30 years experience driving a bus, said it was also too steep and would damage the undercarriage. Hotel front desk personnel was clueless to provide us with an alternative location where our motor coach could safely park. My group of all seniors had to wheel their suitcases up the incredibly steep driveway. Service was terrible and when Hotel Manager was called, they offered no solutions.

This hotel is a few minutes west of downtown. Everything about our stay was quite good. Check-in was efficient, rooms were quiet, and beds were comfortable. Though the decor was a bit dated, the room seemed well maintained. Breakfast was pretty standard. The parking lot was very full on the week night during our stay, but there was more room for parking on weekend nights. Though we didn't use it, the pool looked well kept. The price seemed better than average for Jefferson City.
