Super 8 Jefferson City

Good motel. Our accessible room was wheelchair accessible, but no shower chair for the tub. Room was clean, fridge, micro, table, comfy bed, good A/C, broken curtain. Plenty of ice. No breakfast. In my opinion, not a good value.

I got the feeling that the owners of the franchise are doing the minimum they can to stay ahead of Travelodge's "Brand Standards Compliance." The corridors are dimly lit--but the lights work and there is a faint musty smell (OK, it's Missouri humidity.) The room was pretty clean -- but a previous guest's underpants were still beneath our bed. Signs promised amenities that weren't there. Having a manager who speaks fluent English would be a step up too. When your clientele is mostly early risers, like the fiber-optic cable installers whose trucks filled the parking lot at night, they probably don't ask a lot. So, the motel is "OK."

It is the cleanest hotel, I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Also the staff is incredible and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
