do not use them they will not refund yhappensour your money if something . It's a private hotel so customer service can't really do anything and the TVs don't work.

pad on the iron board was missing , no tv remote( they did find one), no microwave, no mini fridge, could not flush toilet, could not stop water from running in the toilet all night, could not take a shower the leaver to transition the water from tub to shower head was broken, water turn off for toilet didn’t work. All in all the most disappointing hotel stay. I’ve worked in this industry there is yes excuse fir the poor quality. I want a refund

• Door would only shut if you slammed it. Otherwise it would not latch and could just push the door open. • Ubolt for security lock was broke off. Thankfully the lock on the door actually worked. Not the greatest feeling when you have a hard time getting door to shut completely • what was once a light or something in the ceiling is now just wires (at least I think they were capped) •the smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector was not attached to the ceiling, you could see the wires connected • something used to be in the bathroom and was just a little black wire about an inch sticking out •sheets had some small black stains •the kick plate on the lobby’s entrance door was bent up and corner could cut someone if you weren’t paying attention • Didn’t care for having to put down a $150 deposit when the hotel was that run down. •family member also got a room and had similar issues with door not locking •half of the lights in her room did not work •around the shower she thought it wasn’t cleaned very well On a good note: the room looked clean and the bed was comfy. Just not what I would expect from a chain hotel and the price. If it wasn’t for an unexpected medical emergency and being tired, I would’ve shopped around.
