Centrally located to everything in KC. Super friendly staff! Very clean and everything was in working order. We will stay at this hotel every time we go to KC!

My stay at the Hampton Inn near the Country Club Plaza was overall a good experience and worth the cost. The location is excellent—walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops—and parking was convenient at $20 a night. The room was quiet and clean, and both the pool and fitness center were well‑maintained with fully working equipment. My only concerns were the comfort of the bed, which had a squeaky box spring and could use a more supportive mattress or topper, and the shower, which had uneven lighting and some darker spots that made it feel less clean even though it likely was. I shared a photo in the survey for reference. Despite those issues, I would stay here again. Next time I’ll bring a few of my own cleaning supplies just for peace of mind, but the staff and overall environment made the stay pleasant.

Oh my goodness, how do I say perfection in other languages? The family members who attended the BEE family reunion had an amazing time at the Hampton Inn Suites on the Plaza. From the location, food and rooms to the “I survived the hill” bracelets and the friendly, accommodating staff, everything was exceptional. Whenever we had a request, the staff went above and beyond to assist. Also, it was great being at a central location so close to good food, shopping, attractions and the streetcar line. All of this combined made our reunion especially memorable. Couldn’t have had a better time! Don’t walk, run to book your next event here. You will be glad you did! I certainly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great event space and/or a welcoming home away from home.
