HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS OSAGE BEACH (PREMIUM OUTLET)

WELL, THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I'VE BEEN THERE AND LAST YEAR IT WAS AMAZING. THIS YEAR WE NEVER THOUGHT OF PULLING UP THE WEBSITE AND ONLY FOUND OUT THE CONDITION OF THE WATER. THIS WAS YESTERDAY, AUGUST 1ST 2025. THIS ISSUE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHOWN ON YOUTUBE, THEN WE WOULD HAVE STAYED HOME. THERE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE THAN 50 PEOPLE THERE. LAST YEAR THERE MUST HAVE BEEN 500!

I'm giving a poor rating because of the price of the room for one night and no hot water. I was traveling through the area, it was getting late so I stopped at this Holiday Inn. I was shocked at the high price for a room. I could possibly understand the price of the room it it was during the "High Season" but it was in March and the parking lot looked mostly empty. I did stay because I don't want to go any further down the road. I showered twice while there. They were at best lukewarm. The woman that checked me in was very pleasant and checked me in professionally. The rooms were clean with nice bedding.

Great friendly and quick check/in. Our king room was very spacious and we had a really nice big tv . The bathroom was large and spotless. The whole room was immaculately clean For a small hotel it was absolutely perfect. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable . Hotel was close to most attractions. Good breakfast. Was a great experience. I would strongly recommend this hotel.
