Comfort Inn Kansas City International Airport

This place is the worst place I have stayed in over the past 25 years. The only reason I chose this place was because of the location and the fact that I needed somewhere to stay quickly, so I did not read the review prior to arriving. My first room I had to change it was falling down in the bathroom, and there were sheet rock and paint all over the towels on the floor when I went to change rooms , you were the cup there in the day because of roaches and the cleanliness of the room. I should’ve turned around then and asked for a refund also but I took my chance. Also, there is no way that I can leave pictures to show you what I faced that night. Ps. The elevator was broken The vending machines were broken and the Ice machine was broken. I lodged there February 21st.

This is a hooker hotel! The room had bodily fluids on every surface including the bed/pillows. There were visible rodent traps in the room, everything in the room was broken. I turned the heat on z.d it smelled like the unit was gonna catch fire. I arrived late, the front desk clerk not there & was sleeping in a room, you have to call them to come up front, then they leave immediately. I got into my room realized the horror i was put in, went back to the desk to check out & the clerk was gone. I called Priceline to get help, they did nothing so went back up to the desk and called again and waited for the clerk to re-appear. She only refunded my $100 deposit but refused to refund my stay because she said it had been more than 30 mins and the mgr wouldn't allow it. she refused to call the mgr. I also took this clerk to the room to show her the condition of the room and she was speechless which is why I got my deposit back. 2 days later I get ahold of the mgr Chris Linker and he says hes gonna refund me, 10 days later no refund so now I've Disputed the charge. This place is disgusting, I never stayed, left within an hour because thats how long it took to get any resolve. DO NOT STAY HERE! The photos show it all.

Terrible experience, they don't do cleaning and you have to beg and they don't care, the cost is not worth it for the little service they give
