Best Western Plus Saint Charles Inn

The front desk was not professional at all, for both the person who covered the evening and the person who covered the morning shifts. I was scammed on one of my hotel rooms by the morning staff when I paid with a prepaid visa so Iwas doublecharged. We were not informed you had to ask for room service during our stay. They had a good breakfast selection and coffee selection and water dispenser. Shopping and restaurants nearby the hotel.

It was a nice hotel. Wish the coffee machine worked all the time.

Stayed for a brief girls weekend and we enjoyed this hotel. We had a suite with a separate living room, two bathrooms and a kitchenette. We really liked that aspect because we could regroup, relax and not just be sitting on beds and talking. Loved the Keurig coffee machine in the lobby that made "espresso" style drinks. Wished that the breakfast was open later (done at 10) but it was our fault that we slept in.
