BEST WESTERN ST CHARLES INN

Booked a pet friendly hotel through Hotels.com but when I arrived there was no pet friendly room available. I was forced to get a different room at a different hotel. Hotel staff claimed I would get a refund but management refuses to respond to Hotels.com. This is a scam to keep your money and not provide anything.

Under construction. The dust and paint smell inflamed my allergies. We woke up to hammering and drilling at 7:45am.

A/C didn't work .TV Volume didn't work . breakfast wasn't good nothing hot served . stains all over the rugs . Very outed dated place. Not what I expected for St.charles .
