HAMPTON INN ST.LOUIS/ST.CHARLE

There’s ants in the bed and everywhere in the room. The pool area is musty and smells like hot dog. Also the wifi here is trash and also the washer had hair all over this place is very horrible I do not recommend!!!

After reading the reviews decided to stay here. Great decision!! Manager Jacob was awesome and deserves praise for his leadership. Housekeeping manager and staff deserve a big shot out. Everything clean!! Front desk fabulous!! Best digital keys—they always worked!!

I did not actually stay here. I checked in and was very unhappy. They are under construction, so it may be temporary, but it felt dirty and strange. It's in a very busy congested area too. Luckily, the front staff was VERY accomodating and allowed me to check back out without hassle immediately after checking in. It had a wierd cleaning smell, the floor we were on had carpet partially ripped up, paint tape or something all around walls, it felt dark and dingy. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and there was another teammate who stayed there who said their experience was ok, and I do tend to be a little picky, so maybe it just wasn't for me. I've been a little hit or miss lately with Hampton's. I ended up paid significantly more for a nicer hotel and was happy. I do appreciate their accomodating me.
