Quality Inn Southwest

Decided to stay here based on location for business trip. Our group had 3 rooms and all were disgusting and dirty. One room had no locking mechanism between it and the adjourning room next door and the clothing rack was falling out of the wall. The second room had not been vacuumed in a while and the pillow cases were not clean. The third room was also very dirty. None of the rooms had been stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, etc. When we asked the front desk for towels and soap, we only received 1 towel. When asked for more towels, we were told that there were none available because they were in rooms with reservations coming in that night. It is doubtful that those rooms are actually stocked. Breakfast was a joke also. I strongly suggest staying elsewhere, even if you have to drive a little further to get to your location.

Upon arrival the hotel looks run down and vacant, the sign is blacked out and shady people hanging out around the grounds. When checking in we asked if this was a Stab & Shoot, the clerk said "No", and that we were safe!!! When we went to the room there was a hole in the area above the door, upon inspection the hole went through to the inside of the room, it was a bullet hole........we walked out got our deposit and never looked back!!!!! Do not stay here!!!!!!!!!

This was the dirtiest hotel Ive ever stayed at! I would give it a negative 10 stars! Stay away from this place!!!! My family was going to come and stay the next night until I told them how dirty it was. They cancelled their reservation. We were here for our daughters wedding and planned on having a late check out. Instead we got up and left as soon as we could!
