RESIDENCE INN ST. LOUIS WESTPORT PLAZA

The location is not safe, not friendly and do not use photos in listing ad as a reference point! This is a long term stay brothel, drug dealing Mecca!!! The windows to some of the rooms are knocked out, no entrance is secure and doors are all left propped open, no front desk clerk on staff, no cleaning has been done for months if not years! This hotel is beyond disgusting and a person could become septic just breathing in the mold particle filled air with the stench of rotting flesh, stale must, stale smoke and pot order, absolute repulsive environment! The carpets are so stained and soiled, torn and nothing about this place is ok! It should be condemned!!! Oh, used condoms all over the parking lot, knocked out screens, hookers at entrances, burnt smiley faces and vomit filled elevators with a syringe or two on the side for safe keeping! I'm told I can't get my money back on the internet and phone, but didn't stay for more than five minutes and after committing from the smell left as fast as possible! DO NOT BOOK THIS GROTESQUE NEGLECTED AND FILTH FILLED REPULSIVE SUPPOSED HOTEL!!!

This hotel is filthy and run-down. Cigarette holes in all linens, disgustingly stained and worryingly moist carpets everywhere, peeling walls, cracked ceilings, a strong drug smoke smell, bad A/C, poor service, broken glass everywhere in the parking lot. Do NOT stay here.

Do not book here, the pictures will speak for themselves. Electrical hazards, drug ridden, disgusting place. Reeks of marijuana and cigarettes. Rust everywhere, no maintenance, the place is falling apart. I had to pull my bike pump out to pump the tires up just to use the nasty bellhop cart. Urine covered toilet, even saw a rat in the tub!!! Hopper or the hotel wouldn’t give me a refund and I was on a budget, so couldn’t book another room and had to stay. DO NOT TAKE KIDS HERE! Pool gate doesn’t even lock!!
