The staff messed up my Penn play app on a previous gift give away night so I was locked out a few days later and couldn’t get my $75 Walmart gift card this night and river city staff stated there was nothing they could do about it cause it’s a Penn play app matter and I’m still locked out 4 days later and can’t find help even while I’m online trying to get help by non personal typing issues to Robb service

River City Casino is not a good experience. The hotel is nice but not exceptional. Doesn't have room service, there's no pool, no arcade or anything for kids - yet they charge a resort fee. There is nothing around outside of the casino unless you want a tattoo or smell the odors emanating from MSD (Metropolitan Sewer District) next door.
