Motel 6 Fort Leonard Wood

DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS HOTEL!! I reserved a room for my daughters army graduation day and family day and her orders got changed, so there for I was unable to attend and they REFUSED to give me my money back!! YES I reached out to them.

Very very clean plenty of space pool free breakfast and a great restaurant around the corner walking distance

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The front desk person was very friendly, and pointed out a neat local attraction, the neon sign park. Every single thing about it was perfect except the breakfast. OK, it's a gripe of mine when a hotel has only non-dairy creamer. They are saving a few pennies by not buying real half&half, but it wasn't just that. The OJ was not real orange juice. I don't know what it was. It stung like it was carbonated, like someone had mixed up frozen OJ with seltzer. The pork sausage was way undercooked. The omelettes seemed like they were made with the egg that comes from the carton, were overly browned and wrapped like a taco around semi melted process cheese. Thing is, for what we paid, I'd probably stay there again, and just figure to skip their breakfast. I hope that the owner reads this, and realizes that they are one decent breakfast buffet away from being one of the nicest places to stay in the Fort Leonard Wood/Rolla area. I hope that Choice reads this and tells the ownership that they are cheapening the Ascend brand.
