To: Ownership Group and Property Manager From: Gaylan Hanson and Kathy Abell Re: Our Stay at Super 8 – Sweet Springs, Missouri – June 14, 2026 Dear Ownership Group and Property Manager, We are writing to express our extreme disappointment with our stay at your hotel on June 14, 2026. Unfortunately, our guest room was in unacceptable condition. The room was not clean and appeared to be poorly maintained. The refrigerator did not function properly, and the toilet was unstable, making it feel as though it was rocking when used. These maintenance issues significantly affected our comfort during our stay. In addition, excessive noise from the room next door disrupted our evening. The disturbance became serious enough that we had to contact the night manager for assistance. These conditions did not meet the basic standards that guests should reasonably expect from a hotel. We encourage property management to ensure that every guest room is properly cleaned, maintained, and inspected before being rented. Guests should be able to rely on a clean, safe, quiet, and comfortable environment. Based on this experience, we have very little confidence in the quality of this property and are unlikely to choose another Super 8 in the future. We hope you will take these concerns seriously, investigate the issues we have described, and take corrective action so that future guests do not experience similar problems. We would also appreciate your response regarding how you intend to address these concerns and whether you will offer any consideration for the poor quality of our stay.

I highly recommend for a clean, comfortable and well priced non-smoking hotel. I stayed twice in one week. The first night was scheduled as part of a planned route. I had a great stay at this property! The hotel manager was great, the hotel nice and clean, and my room was large and comfortable! A great value for the price paid!
