RUN AWAY!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 56 years. The mattress was as hard as a rock and the hotel is so run down. Stucco scrapped off exterior, mattresses just laying out in the grounds. Breakfast is cereal and coffee…that’s it! This is like a bad 3rd world country hotel. The owner attempts to keep your deposit by making up charges. I have never had to argue with a hotel manager. There was nothing hospitable about this hotel it was the WORST experience ever. Spend the extra $20/night and get a real hotel. YOU will have nothing but regrets if you book here.

I made the reservation through Priceline and from the description, the rooms looked okay. I trusted Priceline not to steer me wrong. The place is located away from the highway/town in the middle of apartment buildings. I had the hotel phone number and tried to call for directions--my gps couldn't locate the place. No one answered and I got a message that the mailbox was full. When I found the place, no one was around. I rang, called out, and after a while a young man appeared. He then insisted I pay again even though I paid Priceline. Plus, I had to pay a $20 deposit. I was alone. He kept asking me if I had pets or guests. I kept telling him no. Then he charged me 3% extra for using my credit card. Is that legal? So, the price ended up being almost thirty bucks more than the online quote. And that is just the good part of the review. If I hadn't been so tired, I would have sacrificed the charges and went somewhere else. The parking lot looked like the dark side of the moon, the pool looked like a hideous tar pit, and the entire building reeked of cigarette, even though I asked for a non-smoking room. Oh, and did I mention the TV didn't work? I could have had a working telly if I was willing to haul my baggage up steps. I chose no television. I write novels and horror short stories. I have a whole lot of new fuel for some future stories.
