Terrible experience from rude staff at the start, no elevator and hauling bags up stairs, musty room and grungy carpet, terrible pillows, terrible breakfast offerings (instant oatmeal, yogurt, dry cereal and waffles), had to ask for a final invoice, never going back.

NO elevator. If you dislike hauling everything up the stairs, make sure to book a first floor room. If you don't care for the water slide, book elsewhere. First impression was cloudy windows overlooking a huge waterslide. They definitely are getting the peak pricing that all of Bozeman is charging due to lack of hotels. $260+ per night for a dingy hotel room. They put us on 2nd floor and I asked where the elevator was. There is no elevator. Since we are obviously seniors, a heads up would be nice as desk gal directed me to the luggage cart after just putting me on the 2nd level?! I had to push for first level. Hallways are narrow and dark. Room had a 2nd door to exterior that had no weather strip and light/noise was coming through all night. Cleaning was poor. Breakfast choices not great, small room and crowded. Hotel nextdoor was a low economy type and lots of smokers and loitering in the parking lot watching over us.

Excellent room for a budget hotel with very nice breakfast options including juices! I stayed here right around Thanksgiving. I definitely recommend a stay here. Nice
