Yellowstone Condo Suites

Convenient Yellowstone condo a disaster. Listing did not detail that bedroom upstairs required use of steps with no handrail and basement bedroom had no windows like a jail cell. One senior could not use stairs and no mention made of difficulty.

We booked our reservation through Booking in September. The reservation is non-refundable . Due to hurricane weather , we had to change our trip itinerary. We requested through Booking to cancel the reservation. When Booking replied that the property agreed to cancel our reservation for free, we ended up didn't go there at all. The property owner refused to return our money. At the end, Booking returned all our money, the property still refused to return full amount . From the conversation with the owner at this property, I felt she was dishonest; she claimed she wrote me email to explain we can only change dates not cancel, but I didn't receive the email. Stay away.!!!

This is an outstanding hotel. We spent four days in Gardiner at the Yellowstone Condos and Suites. They had a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a superb location. We walked to four different Gardiner restaurants from our hotel. Although breakfast is not included in the hotel, we made our own breakfast for four days. They did not include a toaster. We asked and they found one and brought it to our room. The rooms are clean and spacious. It is less than 1 mile from the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Great customer service. I would definitely stay there again.
