Due to a storm, we had to cancel our reservation at the Wingate by Wyndham in Great Falls on April 25. We cancelled the reservation on April 23 by contacting the hotel directly and speaking with the clerk by the name of feather at the time she advised that they were cancelling the reservation with no charge however, my Mastercard was charged the following month for the stay and subsequent follow up with the hotel and Wyndham corporate office failed to result in any refund or credit for the cancellation. In September, I personally went down to Great Falls and met with the assistant general manager, Windy Hernandez unfortunately she refused to deal with this situation and did not offer any compensation or refund for my payments on the cancelled room. Hernandez advised that feather is no longer an employee at the property and that there is no indication that the room was canceled. Therefore I was charged. This person is unreasonable to deal with and certainly does not provide customer satisfaction and doesn’t seem to care about whether they have good rapport with their customers, I will never stay in this hotel again.

Great staff. Good breakfast. Clean room.

Disappointing hotel. Incomprehensible receptionist, peripheral location. Decent breakfast. The worst thing is the bed: they replaced the slats with an iron frame and iron bars instead of slats or springs. Very uncomfortable bed. Bathroom with an old tub is an understatement. Clean sheets. Not recommended.
