This hotel is conveniently located along the main street of Kalispell, perfect as a base for exploring the West Glacier area of the Glacier NP or the Flathead Lake area. The property is a bit dated but the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk (e.g., Andrew) more than made up for that. Everything in the hotel room was clean, functional and well kept up. It was great value and a great find.

Awful place, drug deals going on in the parking lot, very dirty, unkept rooms, no continental breakfast, no coffee in the rooms, just a Mr. Coffee by the front desk. Could not get out of there fast enough.

Medium sized cleanish room, bed covers were stained. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Drinks not available in rooms, supposed to be available in the lobby but not always warm and not aways available. Broken light in the room. Friendly front of house staff. Limited choice for breakfast, hot water ran out and wasn't refilled.
