Reception was a little cold. Room 122 bed frame is broken so if on the bed by yourself it tipped. Thinnest towels in town with some spots see through. Could use a little TLC.

By far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. This hotel has been under renovations for over a year as far as I can tell from the reviews. I called ahead of time to ask about some of the previous traveler concerns. Yes, they said the elevator worked. Yes, all rooms have been renovated. Still doing renovations in other parts of hotel.
Got to hotel, elevator not working, they put us on 3rd floor. When we arrived on the third floor another guest came down the hall and said, “welcome to our third world country.”
Was awoken at 12:30 a.m. by a ripping sound in hallway. They had laid plastic down the length of hallway and were taping off the wall to paint. After midnight!!!! What??? Every sound comes through the thin door and light through the top and bottom. Our room was NOT in fact finished.
The “breakfast” was the most pathetic I’ve seen at a hotel.
This hotel does not deserve a 1 star. Should be zero stars. Close your doors until renovations are completed!

One star gives the idea this place should be in business when in fact, I am appalled they are even able to have guests. Worst experience I’ve had in my life. So bad in fact, we packed our bags and left at 3am because we felt so unsafe and disgusted. I understand they are under a renovation but that does not mean it is ok to roll your eyes and yell when your short comings are pointed out. We still paid, over $120 to “stay”. Our fitted sheets were filthy, looked like someone took a dump in our bed. Unfortunately, this is not an exaggeration. We asked for a change of sheets and the woman LITERALLY threw them at us and left the room. Not a fitted sheet so I went downstairs and politely asked for the right sheet. Again, got a top sheet. At this point I was so disgusted with the reaction I asked for a different room. Big mistake. Went to a different part of the hotel and had kids running around, knocking on our doors and running off laughing. We had enough and came out to again say this is unacceptable and wanted our money back. Out comes a hoard of people from no where who were clearly living there acting as back to rough people up when they ask for some resemblance of service or at least decency. We got shoved and threatened and then asked if we were ready to just “go to bed”. We left as we figured we were safer taking the chance to drive home exhausted than we were to risk our lives in this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. I wish what I’m posting was stretching the truth. I wish I never stepped foot in this building. There are other reviews like this that I ignored and I wish more than anything I saw the red flags for what they were. If you value your life and dignity, avoid this place like the plague.
