The Lodge At Lolo Hot Springs

The images shown were not anything like the room we were given. We had to pay an extra USD$75 to get the room we booked. No wifi unless you are in the recrption area. Hot pools are dark and old. The whole place needs a renovation with upkeep looking like it hasnt happened for years.....worst experience in our USA vacation

The hot springs pools are very warm (102). They weren’t real clean but maybe that’s natural for hot springs pools. Our room was a king Mountain View. It was basically the side of the hill and no view. We were on second floor, outside entrance to all rooms. Nice big windows on 2 sides of our room with other guests walking right pass our room and able to see in our room. We kept our blinds shut which made our room very dark. It was 96 degrees outside and the small window air conditioner did not keep up with the heat. It popped and cracked all night long. I had called weeks prior and inquired about a restaurant and was told that there was a restaurant nearby but not affiliated with them and they couldn’t give me hours or any information about it. I almost canceled my reservation due to not knowing if we would have to drive 20 miles for a meal. Apparently the two establishments do not get along. Both staff that helped us stated that they were new and were unable to answer questions regarding if the jets in pools worked. The water in shower went from pleasant to too hot or too cold. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Our family of 4 spent the night in 2D which is a huge double Queen room which was clean & had a great hot shower. The room only had 3 sets of towels, but the front desk brought up 2 more towel sets for us right away. The Lolo Hot Spring Lodge lobby has a wall of DVDs, cards, and board games. There is no cell reception. It really hasn't changed since we last stayed about 10 years ago. We had dinner next door at the Boulder Room Restaurant & Bar, then enjoyed the Lodge indoor hot springs pools. Super relaxing stay. Breakfast was basic, but fine with waffles, yogurt, cereal, and eggs biscuit that you microwave. We would definitely stay here again
