HAWTHORN SUITES BY WYNDHAM MISSOULA

The day started with a rude confirmation call. Rude and condescending front desk. Manager stares and says nothing. After putting us in the wrong room we had to move ourselves and were placed in a room that smells like dog urine. When we complained an extremely rude young man told us there were other hotels and we were treated like dirt. Extremely Unprofessional!

We had a family event to attend in Missoula. Whenever we travel to Montana we always stay at the Stonecreek. It is a wonderful hotel. Our stay was very enjoyable this trip as usual. We love the convenience of the location near the airport and the easy in and out of the parking lot and just being a few minutes from everything. It is always exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and quiet and the staff is always accommodating. The kids loved the pool. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Really glad we picked this place for our Missoula trip. Our room was super clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly from the second we walked in. It’s in a great spot, especially if you need to be near the airport to fly out the next day. There is a brewery next door. Well maintained hotel, seemed new. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again.
