Booked this property thru Priceline . 1 room 2 queen beds . When we checked in we where told we where upgraded to a suite king beds and pull out sofa . Traveling with adult daughter . This was no upgrade pull out was disgustingly with filthy mattress and pee stains . When we spoke to Steve at front desk he could not of been more rude . Since we booked third party and not they property nothing we could do . Was rude , disrespectful and said good luck dealing with Priceline . Disgusting room over all mold in shower and sink fixtures . Stay away especially if you have to deal with Steve who couldn’t care about your stay .

The price was right and the reviews seemed good so we booked for one night. I would have expected a better maintained property. Shower door would not close, hot and cold water were switched on the tap, the pop machine was malfunctioning. Nice staff but really the whole hotel felt like it was not being attended to.

First time staying in Missoula MT. Picked this hotel because of the cost which was $163 on Hotwire. The place was super clean, friendly staff, my room was very nice and pet friendly so no extra charge.
