Crossroads Inn

Nice clean room. A bit “spartan “ but very functional! Price was very attractive and the room was large enough to not feel cramped.

Public areas were dirty, and rooms smelled musty. no elevators - front desk is not helpful, they do not solve any problems and roll their eyes to your concerns. NOT RECOMMENDED

Dirty. Lobby, front desk, laundry room and guest washer/dryer room were all filthy. Our room had a broken window that appeared to be shot out with a BB gun possibly and the window sill was covered in dirt and dead bugs. Curtain broken. Didn't check out anything else because we only stood in the room for about three minutes and decided that we would not be staying there. Told the front desk gentleman. He did not offer another room, assured us that our money would be refunded within three days. It has now been four months and have never seen a refund. Yes, we have called India five times to address the issue. Still no money. Do not recommend staying at these hotels!
